The Cryogenic stage of the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) GSLV-F10 carrying the Earth Observation Satellite 3 failed to ignite minutes after launch on Wednesday. Scientists said the cryogenic stage is the most complex and difficult in the area of rocket propulsion.
