China Begins Mass Covid Testing

China has begun mass testing for Covid infections after an outbreak in eastern Nanjing spread to 20 cities. Seventy five new infections have been reported with 53 local transmissions, all blamed on the tourist season. This is the largest outbreak since Beijing claimed to have successfully dealt with the virus. The new infections are linked to the Delta strain.
