The Delhi Regional Security Dialogue on Afghanistan, which will be held on November 10, will be attended by the security czars of Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said today. Pakistan has already said it won’t attend. While the MEA press release made no mention about Chinese participation, news agency ANI has quoted unnamed sources as saying that China has declined India’s invitation due to “scheduling issue”.
