NEW DELHI: Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar have discussed the whole gamut of ties, as the two countries wind up for the President Putin-Prime Minister Modi annual summit, which was postponed last year. The S-400 air defence system deal and the possibility of “additional” production of Russian military equipment in India was discussed as was the Indo-Pacific, Afghanistan, Iran, energy, connectivity and trade.
