PM Launches Indian Space Association

Prime Minister Modi launched the Indian Space Association, an advocacy group that will work with the government’s department of space, ISRO and other stakeholders to help build self-reliance in space technology and industry. Modi said the association will help the private sector scale up and innovate, and augment capacities in satellite communications, tracking capabilities and protection of space assets.
