Reports suggest Pakistan’s former ISI chief Lt. Gen. Faiz Hamid will succeed current army chief Gen. Bajwa when his extended tenure ends next November. The reports said Hamid being appointed to head the Peshawar Corps fulfils a requirement for the post of army chief.
