This week foreign ministers of G20 nations met in New Delhi. There was no consensus on Ukraine, which prevented a joint statement from being issued. Italian PM Giorgia Meloni too was in town on a state visit. India’s rising heft among global powers brings with it diplomatic pulls and pressures; so how is it managing things?
