In a statement released upon his arrival, Premier Li highlighted the resilience and strength of China-Russia relations over the past 75 years. Premier Li’s visit aims to further implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen the enduring friendship between the two nations, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.
