Amazon chief executive Jeff Bezos plans to go into space next month with his brother. He made the announcement in an Instagram post on Monday. The flight will be on his company Blue Origin’s first passenger-carrying space vehicle next month. The journey to suborbital space will take 11 minutes on July 20, reaching an altitude of about 100 km. One seat on that flight will be auctioned, with the proceeds going to a fund for promoting math and science education.
