Situation Along LAC Stable But Not Normal: Northern Army Commander

UDHAMPUR, J&K: More than three years and a half after the standoff between Indian and Chinese troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh began, the “situation is stable but sensitive and not normal,” says Northern Army Commander Lt Gen.
