The China Challenge: ‘Need Synergy In Border Infrastructure Development’

NEW DELHI: A new year may have begun but there’s no let-up in the old Chinese propaganda against India. How prepared is India to meet the China challenge? Our border infrastructure may have improved from what is was earlier but we should be comparing with what China has done, says Lt Gen VG Khandare (Retd), former director general of Defence Intelligence Agency.
