At least six people were shot dead by a student at the Perm State University 1,300 km east of Moscow on Monday morning. Twenty others were injured. Local media footage showed students fleeing the attack with some jumping from first floor windows. Others barricaded themselves in their classrooms. A muder investigation is underway.
