‘Iran Wants Airtight N-Deal; Americans Want To Keep It Ambiguous’

SAMARKAND: The United States has been dragging it feet for months now with regard to renegotiating the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, says Seyed Mohammad Marandi, adviser to Iran’s nuclear negotiating team. Speaking to StratNews Global Editor Surya Gangadharan during the SCO heads of state summit here, he said Iran wants to get full benefits from the deal and not be cheated the way it was in 2015. Iran also has an issue with the IAEA probe that Marandi claimed was based on false accusations by Israel.
