It’s the first touchdown on the moon by a private US company and the first in more than 50 years after NASA’s Apollo 11 mission. The 6-legged lander called Odysseus landed close to the moon’s South Pole. Odysseus is designed by a private Houston-based company Intuitive Machines and started its journey aboard the SpaceX Falcon-9 rocket launched from the Kennedy Space Centre on February 15.

Lyudmila Navalnaya alleged that she faced threats of blackmail from Russian authorities who urged her to hold a secret burial ceremony for her son. She said she was given a death certificate stating that Navalny had ‘died of natural causes’ in a remote Arctic penal colony.
EU, US Ready With New Sanctions For Russia
Member states of the European Union endorsed the 13th set of sanctions against Russia, prohibiting almost 200 entities and individuals. They are accused of aiding Moscow in acquiring weapons or being involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children. The US will also impose sanctions on 500 targets, timed with the second anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
