Power Outages In Afghanistan

Power outages were reported across Afghanistan’s capital Kabul and several provinces following disruption of supply from neighbouring Uzbekistan. Reports hinted that the disruption was caused by non-payment of dues to electricity suppliers in Uzbekistan.
