The New Military QUAD

NEW DELHI: Quad seems to have become the strategic need of the times, and a new one is taking shape. The new grouping, unlike the original Quad involving U.S., Australia, Japan and India, has a pronounced military dimension to it. The New QUAD will be one irritant more for China.
