Taliban Incentivises Suicide Bombing

Taliban home minister Sirajuddin Haqqani has praised suicide bombers as “heroes of Islam and the country”, while meeting their relatives in an upscale Kabul hotel. He promised a plot of land and $125 for each family of a suicide bomber.
